He also secured a summer internship with the Public Defender’s Office and Riverside County Bar Foundation’s Honorable Douglas E. Weathers Scholarship.

“We are so proud of the mock trial team,” said Superintendent Dr. Martinrex Kedziora. “Last year they made it to the final four and this year they earned second place. They are phenomenal students who have truly worked so hard and that is evident in their success.”

“This was outstanding news for all of us,” said School Board Clerk Susan Smith. “Our students set a goal for themselves and worked towards it. Although they did not earn first place, they did advance from last year and they are continuously making us proud.”
