Due to a series of unforeseen circumstances, a fully disabled veteran working to house homeless veterans has lost all of his possessions, including an R/V, his motorcycle and his service dog, and has become homeless. Those wishing to donate any items that can be spared, including men's clothes, shoes, ties and belts, may call 909-253-2089 or send donations to P.O. Box 13092 San Bernardino, CA 92423. [END] Bree's original edits: Veteran Detained for 89 Days, Ends up Homeless An honorably discharged veteran working to house homeless veterans was held in custody for nearly three months on charges of which he was later found innocent. Cornell Eaton was "held in custody" for 89 days at West Valley Detention Center under charges of assault and faced a sentence of five to nine years in a California state penitentiary. He was later found innocent of the charges, but during his time in the detention center, Eaton was left with nothing, losing his R/V, motorcycle and all he owned, including his service dog. Now homeless, any donations that can be spared would help, especially men's clothes, shoes, ties and belts. Those looking to donate may call 909-253-2089 or send donations to P.O. Box 13092 San Bernardino, CA 92423.
