Anthony Coleman, DHA, has been named the new Hospital President for Dignity Health - St. Bernardine Medical Center and Community Hospital of San Bernardino, effective Monday, June 29th. This new, combined Hospital President role underscores our commitment to fostering comprehensive leadership and strategic growth within the Inland Empire.
Coleman returns to Southern California, having previously held leadership roles with Kaiser Permanente - Fontana and Ontario Medical Centers. Most recently, he served as the President & CEO of Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health in Washington D.C.

Coleman joins St. Bernardine Medical Center and Community Hospital of San Bernardino with over two decades of experience leading major medical centers, overseeing hospital finance, operations, and provider relations. At Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center, Coleman spearheaded the construction, activation, and delivery of a full-service acute care hospital, dramatically increasing access to care for the community. During this time, he also expanded market share for the hospital and established quality and productivity above national benchmarks.
Coleman is a former US Naval Officer and holds a Doctor of Health Administration & Policy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
