The purpose of the Moreno Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (MVHCC) Scholarship program is to assist and encourage Hispanic high school students to seek educational opportunities beyond high school graduation. To achieve this goal, the MVHCC has established a scholarship fund and to date we have awarded over $8,000.00 in scholarships to worthy students who have demonstrated commitment to furthering their education.
