The City of Moreno Valley proudly presents a free regional information session with Michael Coleman, leading expert on California local government revenues, spending and financing. He is the creator of CaliforniaCityFinance.com and is the Fiscal Policy Advisor to the California League of Cities. Open to all residents/students/business owners throughout Western Riverside County. The information session will be held on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Moreno Valley Conference and Recreation Center, Alessandro Rooms, on 14075 Frederick St.
