Dear Moreno Valley Residents:

Our Homeless to Work Program – a partnership with the Salvation Army and Waste Management – is already changing lives.

Participants clean up litter from City sites in exchange for a job and access to support services to help get them off the streets. The program launched last year.

The program capitalizes on the Salvation Army’s extensive experience dealing with homeless individuals.

Regular case management meetings and access to counseling and other services provide participants with the ability to successfully reintegrate into society.

The response has been overwhelming; there is a waiting list of people clamoring to get into the program.

Take a minute to watch our video about the City’s Homeless to Work Program – and see how we are changing lives.
