Crimson Regiment Marches to Victory at Perris

Crimson Regiment at the recent City of Perris Holiday Parade.

The Valley View High School marching band, Crimson Regiment, stole the show at the recent City of Perris Holiday Parade. Scoring an 88.00, the band won the Sweepstakes Award, presented to the top band in the entire parade. The honor came with a check for $1,000. The VVHS Color Guard also took 1st place with a score of 75.40, Drum Major Matthew Guevara took 1st place with a score of 85.50, and the Crimson Regiment drummers won the Drum Line competition at the awards ceremony, as well. Congratulations to the band and band director Loren Gamarra.
