EMWD Debuts Built On Service

 Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) celebrates its 75th anniversary today and to commemorate the milestone, we are premiering our “Built on Service: EMWD at 75” documentary video.   The 25-minute film showcases EMWD’s growth from a small agency founded to manage groundwater rights to one of California’s largest and most forward-thinking water, wastewater, and recycled water agencies.
