Over 180 miles will be repaved throughout the city.

Dear Moreno Valley Residents, A couple of months ago, the City Council and I approved a historic $50 million investment into repaving, rehabilitating, and beautifying roads throughout Moreno Valley. It’s the largest public works project in Moreno Valley’s history. Over 180 miles will be repaved throughout the City, from main streets to neighborhood roads. Under the Pavement Rehabilitation Program, we’re completing a decade’s worth of road work in just eighteen months. That’s a lot of road repair in a short amount of time! But what exactly happens under the Pavement Rehabilitation Program? The City of Moreno Valley created an informative video that details how we’re ensuring MoVal streets are smoother, safer, and more beautiful than ever. You can check out our Pavement Rehabilitation Program video at moval.org/publicworks. 2022 is an exciting year for Moreno Valley! We are building better bridges, opening more parks, and bringing world-class businesses to the City. And with the Pavement Rehabilitation Program, we are also ensuring our roads continue to be among the finest in the region. For more local news and information click here.
