MVUSD Wins Seventh Golden Bell Award in Four Years

There are almost 1,000 school districts in California, yet each year at the California School Boards Association conference, Moreno Valley Unified seems to make a splash.
This year, outgoing CSBA President (and MVUSD School Board member) Jesús Holguín, handed off his gavel to the incoming president, but was still on hand to present the prestigious Golden Bell Awards.
Once again, MVUSD claimed one of the awards for outstanding educational practice, this year for the Parent Engagement Leadership Initiative (PELI).
