Dear Moreno Valley Residents,
Moreno Valley is a blank canvas waiting to be painted by the best local artists. Throughout our city, an emerging artist community is rising, with an endless drive to make Moreno Valley the artistic hub of the Inland Empire.
This community came together at last week’s City Council meeting to support a permanent art mural program that will guide Moreno Valley artists for decades to come.
With this framework in place, I look forward to seeing Moreno Valley’s artist community flourish.
You can experience this community firsthand at the Festival of Arts on Saturday, March 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Civic Center Amphitheater.
The Festival of Arts will be a spectacular showcase of the region’s finest visual and performing artists.
This free event will allow you to spend a beautiful Moreno Valley day supporting the arts. You can watch visual artists showcase their talents, and experience exciting performing artists on the Civic Center Amphitheater stage.
We will also feature food trucks serving delicious cuisine from across the globe, a beer and wine garden, and a fun play area for kids. I guarantee this will be a day to remember!
The Festival of Arts and our upcoming mural program illustrate how Moreno Valley artists are coming together to paint our City with life and color.
