If you need a smoke alarm, get one for free at Moreno Valley City Hall through our SAFER program. ·     Children must always be at least three feet away from the stove.  ·     Keep a fire extinguisher near the kitchen, and be sure to keep it at least 10 feet away from the stove on the exit side of the kitchen. ·     If your clothing should catch fire, immediately stop, drop, and roll to extinguish the flames.  ·     Keep pot handles on the stove pointing to the back and always watch young children in the kitchen.   Click here to learn more safety tips from CAL FIRE, and have a happy and safe Holday Season, Moreno Valley!
