Fourth- and fifth-grade students at Creekside Elementary recently had the opportunity to study close-up the world's most powerful computer: the brain. They studied sheep's brains, which are remarkably similar to the much larger human brain. After getting over the "eeeyyoouu!" factor, students got to identify the various parts of the brain they had learned about, and even got a look inside the organ. By the end of the lesson, students had moved from "eeeyyoouu!" to "wow!"
