The owner of the orchard would let him sell some of the fruit he had picked. “My father has passed on, but this picture will be a focal point of our office and I have to believe his entrepreneur attitude carries on as he watches over my new adventure,” said Lisa.

Here the community gathers to help Citrus Escrow, Inc. open its doors in April 2015. “We had close to 100 folks join us from around town and from throughout the Inland Empire. City Councilman George Price, Rachel Gonzaga from Assemblymember Jose Medina's office, James Baker from the City Parks and Rec department, Meli Van Natta from Rancho Belago, Lt. Col. Eileen Mueller-Miller and Major Mark Wilkerson from March ARB, Robert Trowbridge from Wholesale Capital, Annette Rainey from First American Title, Suzy Lacy of Winchester & Associates, Cindi Monaco from Chicago Title, our friends from Provident Bank, Orange Coast Title, Prudential, Real Premier, Excellence, Alticore, Tarbell, Preferred Home Realty and Re/Max, Oscar Valdepena from the City Chamber of Commerce helped make it a special occasion,” said owner Lisa Hatfield LeQuire.

Citrus Escrow, Inc. which started with one employee in April 2015 plans on bringing on eight more as a direct result of their recent $200,000 tax credit.
