Dear Moreno Valley Residents:

As a member of this community, I understand the importance of career stability and job creation. I also know how vital it is for residents to have the ability to provide and maintain a high quality of life. The City of Moreno Valley is dedicated to finding new resources to ensure that all residents have the opportunity to acquire employment.

Our City offers many programs to aid community members in their job searches as well as develop the fundamental skills needed in an active workforce. These programs include Hire MoVal, Hire a MoVal Grad, Hire MoVal for Small Businesses, Hire MoVal job seekers list, Homeless to Work, and free business training and workshops.

Moreno Valley is also home to the Employment Resource Center (ERC), which is located at 12625 Frederick Street, Suite K-3. The Employment Resource Center is the result of a partnership between the City of Moreno Valley and the Riverside County Workforce Development Center. The City operates this one-stop job resource center which features:

• Computer/Internet Access

• Résumé Preparation Assistance

• Employment Information Workshops

• Resource Library

• Hot Jobs Announcement Board

• California Career Videos

• Veteran's Employment Services

The Employment Resources Center features job recruitment events for some of the hottest companies in Moreno Valley and the region. Companies participating in recent hiring events include: United Natural Foods, City of Moreno Valley, Amazon, UCR, and Karma Automotive. The next ERC job recruitment event will be hosted by Select Staffing for Harbor Freight on November 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The Hire MoVal job seekers list is a beneficial tool for our community. Moreno Valley Residents seeking employment can sign up and receive important news about local employment and recruitment activities at the Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center. Moreno Valley is a community of hard-working people, and your City is working hard to create and connect residents to local jobs.
