The Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) is seeking comment on their Proposed 10-Year Transit Network Plan. The Plan was developed as part of an ongoing, 18-month study called the Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), which is expected to be completed this fall. The purpose of the study is to create a plan to guide RTA service for a decade. Pending RTA Board of Directors' approval, the final proposed transit plan, based on the public response, would be implemented over a ten-year period with some changes taking effect as early as January 2015. To learn more about the Plan and provide feedback on the proposed service enhancements, residents are invited to attend one of RTA's public outreach meetings. For detailed information on RTA's proposed changes and where and how to comment, visit RTA's website at www.RiversideTransit.com.
