Open for Business: A Workshop for the Aspiring Business Owner

If you are a new or aspiring business owner, learn the steps toward starting your own business at an Oct. 7 workshop offered by the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center. The Open for Business workshop will offer topics that include: • Being an Entrepreneur • Business Planning • Small Business Financing • The Legal Forms of Organization, Licensing and Permits • The services provided by the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center This workshop is from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. at the Moreno Valley Conference Center, Alessandro Room A, 14075 Frederick St. in Moreno Valley. This free workshop is sponsored by the City of Moreno Valley. Pre-registration prior to the seminar is strongly recommended, as seating is limited. The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center is hosted by the California State University, San Bernardino, University Enterprises Corporation. The Center is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the California State University, Fullerton Tri-County Lead SBDC. All of the SBDC programs and services are offered on a non-discriminatory basis. Reasonable arrangements for persons with disabilities will be made.
