Canyon Springs Scholar/Athletes Sign College Letters of Intent

It was a big year in sports for Canyon Springs High School, especially with the girls basketball team bringing home a state championship. The school closed the year with several students accepting athletic scholarships. Congratulations to these Cougar scholar/athletes: Dominic Hernandez, Wrestling, San Francisco State; Hector Hernandez, Cross Country, Cal Baptist; Molli Garcia, Softball, Wallace State; Tori Hale, Softball, Central Arizona; Sydney McCarvel, Soccer, Cal Poly Pomona; Marissa Velasco, Soccer, Notre Dame De Namur; Cody Cervantes, Football, Hawaii Manoa; Kamarri Watson, Football, Dakota State; Luke Hamann, Football, Rocky Mountain College; and Cheyenne Greenhouse, Basketball, San Diego State.
