Residents are encouraged to participate by submitting a photo and testimonial of an individual or family and/or friends enjoying a favorite City of Moreno Valley park, program or facility (skate park, Cottonwood Golf Course, community center, senior center). Prizes will be awarded for 1st through 10th place, and the winning entries will be featured in the Winter/Spring edition of the Soaring Activity Guide. The top 3 photo submissions will be recognized at the Arts Commission meeting on July 27.
