RCC Cosmetology Director, Peter Westbrook, and Michael Cook. A special thank you to Michael Cook, a Ft. Irwin Firefighter, that planted the seed for this event and fundraiser by calling Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California in 2005 and offering to have his head shaved by a child with cancer to show his support of all those fighting this disease.
