The Valley View Madrigal Choir went to Six Flags Magic Mountain for the Music in the Parks Choral Festival recently and came away with a Superior Rating and 1st Place finish against seven other schools. “We also were given the best overall choir trophy,” reports choir director Jim Wilson. “And a particularly cool congratulations to Ms. Vivienne Lu, who received the Best Accompanist award. This triple accomplishment has only occurred twice before!”
