The mighty Vikings of Moreno Valley are looking mighty good. Three games into the season and MoVal has allowed just three points, while racking up 171 points of their own. Can they go undefeated in the non-league half of their schedule? We’ll find out tonight when they travel to Beaumont. Meanwhile, across town, their Mountain Valley League rival, the Ravens of Vista del Lago, will try to shake off last week’s first loss of the season with a Homecoming win against Lakeside. The Valley View Eagles close out their non-league schedule with a home game against Rialto. And the Cougars of Canyon Springs plan to regroup this week and find their first win before a CSHS Homecoming crowd in a game to be played at MVHS.
