On Sunday, June 9th, 2019 at 4:00 P.M., the Moreno Valley Master Chorale and Orchestra will present: “An American Songfest.” The concert will be held at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 11650 Perris Blvd. in Moreno Valley. This “Pops” concert will be our last concert of the season, and will feature favorite songs by American composers. Several of our Chorale soloists will be performing and, of course, “The Bach Street Boys” will again be entertaining the audience with one of their hilarious musical spoofs.

Selections performed by the Master Chorale will include music by Aaron Copeland, Jester Hairston, Irving Berlin, Woody Guthrie, and several other American composers. These numbers will include popular songs like “Blue Skies,” “What a Wonderful World,” “Amen,” “Elijah Rock,” “Land of our Dreams,” etc. In addition, our Chorale soloists will be singing: “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” “Unchained Melody,” “Never Grow Old,” “Blues in the Night,” a special arrangement of “Ride on King Jesus,” and many others.

Tickets (cash only) may be purchased at the door or ordered by phone.

Ticket prices are: Adults—$15.00; Seniors, Students, and Children over 5 are $10.00. For “Will Call” tickets, or more information, please call (951) 485-8414, (951) 242-4963, or go to our chorale website at: www.morenovalleymasterchorale.org.
