Art Loan Program

There’s no shortage of creativity in Moreno Valley. Now’s your chance to share your artistic talent with the entire community. Our City is proud to host the Art Loan Program, which provides local artists the opportunity to showcase their work in public spaces, such as City Hall, our library branches, and other City facilities.

This effort is proudly supported by our Public Arts Commission, which works year-round to promote, encourage, and elevate the arts in Moreno Valley. Their mission is to enrich the quality of life in our City through cultural programming, artistic partnerships, and by providing opportunities for local artists to shine.

This is your moment to brighten up our buildings with beautiful, family-friendly art that reflects the soul of our community. If you live or work in Moreno Valley and love to create, I encourage you to apply and be part of something truly special.

Over the years, we’ve featured powerful, moving, and downright inspiring pieces through this program. Every time I walk by a new display, I’m reminded of just how many talented community members we have in our city.

Pieces are displayed throughout the year and changed out seasonally. Visit moval.org/artloan for the application and all the details. If you have questions, please call our Parks & Community Services team at 951.413.3701.

Let’s continue to celebrate our local artists and bring even more color, beauty, and pride into the heart of MoVal!
