Chorale to Perform "Music of the Masters"

On Sunday, April 6th at 4 p.m., the Moreno Valley Master Chorale and Orchestra will present a concert featuring the works of Schubert, Mozart, Vivaldi, and Bach. Dr. Viorel Gheorgh will be directing Bach's Concerto for Violin and Orchestra in A Minor with renowned soloist Zlata Grekov on violin. This will be followed by Vivaldi's In Furore Justissimae Irae, featuring Soprano Soloist Camelia Vion. The Master Chorale will also be performing the beautiful Ave Verum Corupus by Mozart, as well as his popular Laudate Dominum with Maribel Ruiz-Velasco as the Soprano Soloist. In addition, the Master Chorale will perform Franz Schuber's well known Mass No. 2 in G Major. Soloists or the Mass will be Camelia Voin, soprano, Lucian Ghioalda, tenor, and Steve Hinde, baritone. Along with the orchestras, Mrs. Kimberly Amin will be accompanying the Chorale on organ. This concert will be held at the Shepard of the Valley Lutheran Chuch, located at 11650 Perris Boulevard, Moreno Valley, Ca 92557 at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 6th. Tickets (cash only) may be purchased at the door, or by calling (951) 485-8414. Prices are: Adults-$15.00; Seniors, Students and Children over 5-$10.00.
