Due to the recent surge of COVID-19 infections across Moreno Valley and Riverside County, Moreno Valley City Council and Planning Commission meetings will be available online only beginning Tuesday, January 18 and lasting throughout February.

“We are moving to virtual-only meetings to make sure we do our part to slow the spread of the Omicron variant in Moreno Valley,” said Dr. Yxstian Gutierrez, Mayor of Moreno Valley. “I encourage the community to stay safe, stay physically distant, and use face masks and hand sanitizer where appropriate.”

Residents who would like to make a public comment during the January 18 City Council meeting can do so via Zoom. To join the meeting, install the free Zoom app at zoom.us and get the meeting ID number and password by emailing zoom@moval.org or calling 951.413.3001 no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18.

Full instructions on how to participate can be found at moval.org/zoom

City Council and Planning Commission meetings can be viewed live on the City’s YouTube channel and MV3.
