From Riverside County Regional Medical Center, nurses Laarni Colada, Adilu Flores, Andrea Harvey, Susan Kane, Jesse McDonald, Kathi Randall and Kristen Rodriguez were honored. The breakfast and awards ceremony were held on Friday, July 12 at Redlands Community Hospital. The nurses were selected by their Chief Nursing Officer for their committed service to patients and dedication to the nursing profession. “It’s a privilege to be able to recognize these individuals who have given so much to our community,” Senator Emmerson said. “This awards ceremony is our way of saying thank you for their service and dedication to improving the lives of so many throughout our region. Their hard work does not go unnoticed.” This year is the third year that Senator Emmerson has hosted the Notable Nurses Awards Ceremony and breakfast to honor nurses throughout the 23rd State Senate District, which covers portions of Riverside, San Bernardino and Los Angeles Counties.
