VVHS Hosts STEM Competition

Middle and high school students from MVUSD and Perris Unified went head-to-head recently at the STEPS-Ahead STEM competition hosted by Valley View High School. The competition included both an experiment event and an essay component. The Eagles experiment team claimed third place. Here, teacher Stacy Katzenstein’s engineering volunteers run a “high-wire,” self-propelled engineering challenge workshop. The teachers felt extremely excited to see the students learning and participating.
