MORENO VALLEY >> Sponsorship opportunities are available to all businesses seeking exposure to more than 15,000 participants at Moreno Valley's Independence Day Parade and Family FunFest. There are sponsorship levels to meet every budget. July 4th in Moreno Valley will kick-off with a traditional Independence Day Parade, then move into the community's well-loved Family FunFest and Fireworks Spectacular. A wide array of sponsorship packages are available with opportunities to spotlight your company/organization, get in front of your target audience, and get your brand noticed. Packages can be customized to fit individual exposure and branding needs, to effectively engage Moreno Valley residents. Vendors will be selected by lottery drawing on the following date and times: Moreno Valley Residents: Tuesday, May 3 from 7:30 - 9:30 a.m. Non-Residents: Tuesday, May 3 from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m. The parade theme this year is "America United." The parade will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. beginning at Alessandro Boulevard and Frederick Street, and end at TownGate Plaza. The Family FunFest, voted #1 Hometown Event in the Inland Empire, will take place at Morrison Park and Mountain View Middle School. The gates open at 1 p.m., giving participants plenty of time to save their spots, and begin making food selections from an endless row of vendors. The festival begins at 3 p.m. and features an exciting line-up with a presentation by the nationally recognized Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps, followed by performances by the "The Band Fresh," "Crimes of Passion - A Tribute to Pat Benatar," and then "Fan Halen - A Tribute to Van Halen." The grand finale is a long-time favorite in Moreno Valley with the fireworks extravaganza beginning at 9 p.m. The fireworks show will be simulcast with patriotic music by KOLA 99.9 FM.
