The City of Moreno Valley has 11 boards and commissions covering important quality of life topics. Currently, nine boards and commissions have openings for which Moreno Valley residents (or business customers of the Moreno Valley Utility Commission) are encouraged to apply. As of July 24, 2025, the current vacancies include:
