Gloria in Excelsis Deo

On Sunday, Dec. 9th at 4:00 P.M. the Moreno Valley Master Chorale and Orchestra will present its Christmas concert: “Gloria in Excelsis Deo”

This event will be held at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, 11650 Perris Blvd. in Moreno Valley. This year our Christmas concert will include popular holiday carols as well as a presentation of many beautiful “Glorias” written by several different composers from Bach to Pinkham.

The Chorale will be accompanied by the Lyric Symphony Orchestra, and directed by Dr. Viorel Gheorghe.

Camelia Voin, soprano, and Stephanie Steele will be featured soloists for this concert. They will perform solos from Handel’s “Messiah” as well as a duet from Pergolesi’s “Glory to God.”

Tickets (cash only) may be purchased at the door or ordered by phone. Ticket prices are: Adults— $15.00; Seniors, Students, and Children over 5 are $10.00.
