John W. North High School Boys Basketball Coach, Mike Bartee recently celebrated his 800th win during his 38th season as Head Coach for the Huskies.
Bartee's win was solidified during the Huskies’ game against Orange Vista in The Classic at Damien High School, where the team won by a score of 49-39.
Bartee ranks sixth in the state among active coaches and 12th overall. According to the Cal-Hi Sports Record Book, Coach Bartee is now 39th in the nation among active wins leaders.

Coach is a JW North graduate and played basketball for the Huskies which makes his 800th win even more special" said Jodi Gonzales, John W. North High School Principal. Two additional victories by the Huskies now sets Coach Bartee at 802 wins this season.
