We are giving away $1,000 every month this year! You still have time to win $1,000 next month at no purchase necessary, just visit www.citynewsgroup.com and enter to win! Plus, local businesses are giving away weekly prizes!

This week’s winner of a $30 Grand Terrace Grocery Outlet gift card is Jennifer Jimenez, resident of Grand Terrace.

“It feels amazing to have won this prize, I am so lucky,” Jimenez said. “I would have never thought I was ever going to win.”

Now you have the chance to win too! Visit us online and search for the bag of money on our local business advertisements, click on each ad, enter your contact information and win! No purchase necessary. You may enter every day on every ad with the bag of money icon to increase your chances of winning. We will announce the winner for the month of February on March 1st.

Jimenez noticed that many of the residents in the community were posting about the Click-N-Win Sweepstakes and thought it would be fun to try and see if she would win. With the ability to enter every day, the chances of winning are great!

Jimenez is a Health Information Specialist at Beaver Medical Group and due to the pandemic, she shares, she is lucky to be able to work from home. However, Jimenez looks on the brighter side and sees this as an opportunity to take care of her children.

“Covid has impacted my life and my kids because we can't go out and explore as much anymore. My son was used to going out and eating at restaurants or taking little trips, but now we stay local, or just at home. It changes all of our lives and we can't wait untill we can go back and have adventures so my kids can see the world again,” Jimenez said.

Although we have made it through 2020, many families have endured painful loss of family members and financial hardship. Local businesses are struggling with the uncertainty of whether their doors will be open next month or even next week. So we still need to pull together and work together to continue to get through this pandemic.

Due to our 2020 sweepstakes program being such a success from the support of the local businesses and all of the participating community members, City News Group has decided to continue the Click-N-Win Sweepstakes in 2021!

Your chances at winning $1,000 just got even larger because we will be giving away $1,000 EVERY MONTH! Continue to come back to www.citynewsgroup.com and keep entering for your chance to win at no purchase necessary!

City News Group started this Click-N-Win Sweepstakes in March of 2020 when COVID first hit our community. We wanted to help the local businesses stay in business and in December for our $1,000 grand prize giveaway, we wanted to help a family have a nice Christmas! So, we got our heads together and came up with this program for the community.

We know how hard the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our lives and this program allows City News Group to share and show some positivity to local businesses and to all of the members in the community.

Thank you for going online. Thank you for looking at our local business’ ads. Be sure to share what local businesses you would like to see participate! And please visit our advertisers and tell them how much you appreciate them participating.

A community should support each other and we hope this is a way to bring everyone together again. So keep on coming back because we are here to stay and our local businesses are here to stay!
