Mayor's Message: 4th of July

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

Our community has missed out on a lot because of the Pandemic. We have had to forgo visiting family, friends, and loved ones. We've even had to forgo important events to keep each other safe. As we head toward a new normal, I am thrilled to bring back a few events I know we all have missed. This year's Fourth of July Parade and Fun Fest is shaping up to be our best!

After weathering the past year's difficulties, we must come together to celebrate our country and our resilience in the face of adversity.

I encourage you to join us at 9:30 am this Independence Day for the Fourth of July parade down Frederick Street. And our ever-popular Family FunFest will start at 2:00 pm at our beautiful new Civic Center Amphitheater for a day of family-friendly fun and an incredible fireworks show, which begins at 9:00 pm.

I cannot wait to celebrate with the entire community in person this year!
