Mayor's Message: Fall Job Fair

By Dr. Yxstian Gutierrez
Mayor of Moreno Valley
10/03/2022 at 01:06 PM

Dear Moreno Valley residents,

One of my most significant points of pride as your Mayor is the massive increase of local jobs in Moreno Valley.

Since 2011, we’ve created nearly 26,000 new jobs, allowing more Moreno Valley residents to receive good local employment.

And good local employment means spending less time commuting and more time with family and friends.

Join me, the Moreno Valley City Council, and hundreds of your fellow community members at our Fall Job Fair on Thursday, October 6, from 9 am to 1 pm at the Conference and Recreation Center.

Our quarterly job fairs have successfully connected scores of residents with local employers from Moreno Valley and beyond. This time, we’ll host over 60 local employers from various industries offering information on job openings throughout the region.

You can also take advantage of 30-minute speed workshops that will give you insider information on how to stand out in a crowded job market. Speed workshop topics will range from how to craft the perfect resume to how to start your own business.

Let us help you take the first step in scoring the perfect local career at our Fall Job Fair!

The Conference and Recreation Center is located at 14075 Frederick Street, next to Moreno Valley City Hall.
