Mayor's Message: Give Back to Our Community and Beautify MoVal

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

As Mayor, there’s nothing better than to see Moreno Valley residents do their part to enhance their community. Good things happen when we come together to maintain the beauty of our hometown.

Our next Beautify MoVal Community Day of Service is the latest opportunity to give back to your community. This is an exciting and fun opportunity for residents of all ages to volunteer their time and help spruce up two Moreno Valley parks.

I love these events because they put a spotlight on all the good deeds our fellow residents do to keep our City thriving.

Stop by City Hall, located at 14177 Frederick Street, on Saturday, November 13 at 8 am for coffee, pastries, and fun before we set off to beautify Celebration Park and Towngate Memorial Park. I guarantee it will be a fun-filled morning the entire family will enjoy.

The inspirational author Helen Keller once said, “Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much.”

I invite you to join me, the City Council, and hundreds of your fellow community members as we pick up our shovels and paintbrushes to make a difference in Moreno Valley.

The event is free, but registration is required. Visit moval.org/beautify for more information and to sign up. I’ll see you there!
