Mayor's Message: Happy Holidays MoVal!

Dear Moreno Valley Residents,

The holidays are my favorite time of the year, and it brings me such joy to see the season in full festive swing here in Moreno Valley.

Everywhere I look, I see families adorning their houses with beautiful lights, parents and kids decorating their Christmas trees, and people perusing Moreno Valley businesses looking for the perfect gift for that special someone.

As I reflect on the holidays, I think about the spirit of giving and togetherness this season brings.

Across Moreno Valley, families will be spending time together, sharing tender moments and making lasting holiday memories. Whether you’re coming from across the country or just across town, that spirit of togetherness is what makes this season special.

The holidays are also a time for giving. I’m reminded of a quote from Mother Theresa, who once said, “It’s not how much we give, but how much love we put into giving.”

Whether it’s giving your children the perfect gift or donating to your local charity or nonprofit, people across Moreno Valley are making the season bright for someone in their lives.

However you’re celebrating this year, I hope the holiday season brings you love, light, and togetherness.

Happy Holidays, MoVal!
