Recently in Moreno Valley, the Regina Napper Honors Committee honored Tito Feliciano, the manager of Stater Bros store number 185. He was honored for his professionalism, great customer service, concern, and care for the homeless, and his commitment to hiring local youth. The ceremony was attended by representatives from Stater Bros. Corporate Office, representatives from the mayor’s office, employees from local businesses, two nearby fire stations, and Stater Bros. customers. Mrs. Napper reached out to community vendors such as Target who donated water and Gatorade for the event. One lucky customer won $200 in free groceries from contributions from the Regina Napper Honors Committee in collaboration with Stater Bros Corporate, in a raffle held at the ceremony.

Mr. Feliciano was presented with community service and humanitarian awards from the mayor of Moreno Valley, Ulises Cabrera, in conjunction with the RN Honors Committee. Pastor Napper also presented him with a certificate from her organization. Several employees and members of the community expressed their admiration and appreciation for Mr. Feliciano and his contributions to the community. Pastor Napper said that “Mr. Feliciano means a lot to the community.” She also stated that she “has witnessed him coaching young employees to be professional and courteous to customers.” She went on to say that “We have witnessed a tremendous improvement in the store’s appearance and customer service since he became the manager.” Pastor Napper also stated she can always find Mr. Feliciano on the floor helping customers or smiling and greeting people who come into the store. He is a beloved member of our neighborhood.

The Regina Napper Honors Committee is a local organization that recognizes unsung heroes in the community who make a difference by their acts of service. It was founded by Pastor Regina Napper, an outstanding community leader and philanthropist in 2015. Over the years Pastor Napper has recognized thousands of members of the military, police officers, and first responders throughout the Inland Empire and the Greater Los Angeles area.

This event was not the first time Pastor Napper has honored someone for doing excellent work. In addition to her annual honors ceremonies. She honored the previous manager of Stater Bros in a ceremony like the one today. She is constantly on the lookout for individuals and organizations who uplift their community and make significant contributions to society. Mrs. Napper stated that Mr. Feliciano is an asset to the community and that she hopes that she can find other employees at local businesses to honor in the same way.
