Spring has Sprung!

On Saturday, April 12, hundreds of Moreno Valley families attended the Springtastic Festival and Egg Hunt at Sunnymead Park. Children of all ages had the opportunity to meet the Easter Bunny, fill their baskets with eggs, win awesome prizes, eat tasty treats, and play exciting games.

Adults were able to get in on the fun, too, with the wildly popular Adult Flashlight Egg Scramble on Saturday, April 19! Held at Lasselle Sports Park, this 18-and-over event featured a live DJ, great food, and exciting prizes. The lights were turned off, and more than 1,000 MoVal residents scrambled in the dark with flashlights in hand to gather as many of the 12,000 eggs scattered in the field as possible. Some lucky residents went home with prizes such as televisions, laptops, and game systems. Nobody went home empty-handed.
