Superintendent Dr. Martinrex Kedziora was recognized by members of the Champions for Peace group for his enormous support to students in our community. He was given the Lifetime Achievement Award on Saturday, September 10.

The Champions for Peace is a city-wide coalition of Moreno Valley, composed of members of the clergy.

“I am honored to receive this award,” said Superintendent Dr. Kedziora. “Every day there’s a challenge, but there’s also an opportunity. An opportunity to inspire others and instill kindness and compassion.”

Members of the coalition shared memories and heartfelt words regarding his impact in the community.

“There is no one more deserving for this award,” said School Board President Cleveland Johnson. “Our children have a forward-thinking leader who truly cares about our students and their future.”
