The day's festivities will kick off at noon, May 17, 2014 with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The event will run until 5 p.m. World-renowned artist, Charles Bibbs, is the featured artist. His artwork will be available for purchase. The Vanguard Art Gallery will also be showcasing the artwork of emerging artists, such as Reiko, Rick Archer, Jeni Bate, Peter Carter, Crystal Lauren, Alan Sponholtz, and Debby Johnson.
