On Saturday, June 6, 2026, at  2 PM in the Assembly Room of the A.K. Smiley Public Library, 125 W. Vine Street.

The Inland Empire Civil War Round Table welcomes John Fitzpatrick, a Licensed Battlefield Guide Emeritus at Gettysburg, who will tell us this little-known and amazing history.

Great Britain built most of the Confederate Commerce Raiders. Collectively, they sank or captured over 150 U.S. Merchant marine ships. Come and learn how the United States attempted to hold the British liable and accountable. Also, many donated Civil War books will be on sale.

All proceeds support the Lincoln Memorial Shrine.
