The Liberty 11 Aquatic Float immersed the City of Moreno Valley in an enchanting "Under the Sea" spectacle during the 2025 annual 4th of July Parade. Crafted and designed by James C. Baker, Park Commissioner for Moreno Valley, the float garnered the prestigious Outstanding Craftsmanship Award in the Sweepstakes category.

Sponsored by the Manzanita Senior Community Village, the float featured iconic elements such as the Statue of Liberty, marking its 11th consecutive appearance. Joining the maritime-themed tableau were King Poseidon, Mermaid Queen Serena Tremayne, and her trio of mermaid princesses. Adding to the festivities, Philippine singing sensation and three-time float rider Ysabella Loyola, alongside Ms. Inland Empire Brittan Baxter, graced the float. Notably, two swashbuckling pirates added a touch of adventure, threatening to plunder the undersea treasure.

Following the parade, the float was displayed at the Manzanita Complex, allowing residents who couldn't attend due to the summer heat to admire it up close and capture memorable photographs. The success of the Liberty 11 Aquatic Float was made possible by the dedicated crew and volunteers whose efforts made this day truly unforgettable.
